Management Team

CELLCs team consists of seasoned veterans in technology based companies.

Mr. Nick Calautti
Founder and President of CELLC

Prior to founding CELLC, Mr. Calautti’s most recent successes were that of co-founder of TekVizion, PVS, Inc. a Richardson TX based Telecommunications software and services based company for the Voice over IP industry. Today tekVizion has a successful independent certification laboratory testing and certifying products for many of the largest equipment providers and VoIP carriers in the industry. TekVizion was formed in the early 2002 and today employs 16 engineers. Privately held and self funded.

Prior to that, Nick’s extensive carrier in the telecommunications industry spans 29 years with new product development and network design with companies such as Nortel, Illuminet, Ulticom and Telecom Technologies.

Nick’s degree in Applied Science was obtained in upstate New York in the SUNY campus of Hudson Valley.

Mr. Ron Weber
Development Director - Weber Software Solutions, LLC

Ron brings 25+ years of software engineering and development experience to CELLC. His background includes working for DSC Communications, Qualcomm, Alcatel USA, as well as several startup companies. At these companies he was instrumental in the development of complex telecommunications products including cellular telephony switches, intelligent service peripherals, and Voice Over IP based soft-products. His experience in software design and development spans many industries, including telephony, defense, machine-tools, and e-commerce. Ron leads product architecture and software engineering activities at CELLC. He holds a BSEE from the University of Cincinnati.

Robert O. Brandt, Jr. P.E.
Technical Director - Eastern Instruments

In an organization peopled by skilled and creative engineering personnel, Bob holds the lead scientific and technical role. Founder of Brandt Industries, and a co-founder of EI, he holds more than 30 patents and is responsible for innumerable unique design solutions in materials handling and flow measurement. His early interest in flow measurements began with a stint in a paper mill and continued as a project engineer working on operations instrumentation and design. This experience led him to start his first company, since sold, and to develop original processing methodologies for the confectionery and snack food industries. He is a recognized expert in flow measurement and an ardent student of new and emerging analytical technologies such as computational fluid dynamic modeling. He holds BS degrees in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Bob is a member of numerous engineering societies, an avid boater and an instrument-rated pilot.

Lou Hart
Vice President of Strategic Accounts - Billeo, Inc.

In this role Lou is responsible for the strategic expansion of Billeo’s card-funded payment solutions in select card issuers and processors across North America.

Lou’s career spans more than thirty years of executive sales and business development expertise. His efforts have been instrumental in driving profitable and sustainable growth in the acceleration of previously-untapped “mission critical” revenue streams for his employers and his clients.

Lou’s notable successes include:

Leading transformation of a provider of remittance processing solutions into a “best-of-breed” provider of strategic payment platforms (Wausau Financial Systems);

The establishment and growth of a leading provider of outsourced Human Capital solutions (TITAN Technology Partners);

Being a driving influence in creating an entirely new market in outsourced energy provisioning and infrastructure management(Enron Energy Services);

The Relationship Management responsibilities for some of the world’s largest organizations in the Banking, Insurance, Entertainment, and Technology sectors (S2 Systems, Inc.); and,

Sales and Development expertise in one of the world’s largest technology providers of Retail and Financial Systems solutions at NCR Corp.

Doug R. Mercier
President and CEO - Carlton Mfg., Inc

Carlton is a 30 year old manufacture of household home furnishings. Doug is one of the company's founders and currently serves as Charmin of the board.

Doug began his career at Bassett Furniture while attending college in a management training program. He later took a Sales Management position with a division of Congoleum Corp. This division operated 21 manufacturing plants throughout the US. After 3 years with Congoleum.

Doug and 5 investors formed Carlton Mfg., Inc. Doug is also currently President and CEO of Carlton Properties, Inc. Carlton Properties purchases and leases commercial property.

Rolando Ramon
President / Founder - La Experiencia LLC

Rolando started La Experiencia with a laptop and rolodex full of contacts. Six years later it has grown to a successful multimillion dollar international agency. He has focused his 18-year career in events, sports and promotions to achieve this success. His background is developed from both client and agency side of the marketing industry. He strongly believes that thorough research is critical before embarking on a full-fledged marketing campaign to ensure that the smartest, most efficient strategies are used to reach the target audience.

Rolando has a proven track record of reaching consumers and increasing sales and brand awareness for many blue chip clients such clients as Miller Brewing Company, Phillip Morris, Carter Wallace, U.S. Air Force, Shiner Bock, SBC Communications, JcPenney, Pepsi, Jim Beam, Mercedes Benz, Ford Motor Company, US Army, Texas A&M University, and Diageo Brands.

Kristi Rosatelli-Ramon
Owner, CO-Founder/Chief Operating Officer, La Experiencia, LLC

Kristi began her career in event marketing executing promotions for several agencies, products and brands while earning her business and marketing degree. She went on to secure full time opportunities and has 15 years experience in the industry specifically working in the multi-cultural field. Eight of these years were with one of the largest event marketing agencies in the nation (GMR Marketing) in which she began as an account coordinator and worked her way up to a Director. Kristi has been an account lead for major consumer product clients in a highly competitive industry. She has managed all aspects of multi-cultural marketing programs and events including strategy/development, budget development and maintenance, execution, and client liaison. Some of her account management portfolio includes Miller Brewery Company in which she was a leader in sports sponsorship negotiations, focusing on the passion of the Hispanic consumer Boxing, Soccer & Baseball. In addition ensuring the programs objectives met and contained goals to include community outreach, educational fundraising and non-profit organizations. She also was a program director at the time for GMR Marketing’s largest account Bank of America in which she assisted in the development and activation of multiple nation wide programs and events. Kristi is a graduate of the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio with a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
